Dave Lindsey, CEO & Founder of DEFENDER Direct, Inc.
Dave Lindsey is the CEO & Founder of DEFENDER Direct, Inc. He graduated from Indiana University with a BS with Honors in Business-Finance and an MBA in Marketing and Finance. Founded in 1998, he has grown the company to be one of the largest security and satellite dealers in the Midwest through his strong leadership and his commitment to set a clear vision that lends itself to the company’s continued growth. Dave is a strong advocate of the saying "Businesses Don't Grow....People Do!" and has implemented this by building a unique culture on purpose that is centered around each employee.

Marcia Raab, President of DEFENDER Direct, Inc.
Marcia Raab serves as the President of DEFENDER Direct, Inc. She is responsible for leading the senior management team and day-to-day business functions. Marcia joined the company in 2005 as the Director of Marketing when she merged her out source call center business with DEFENDER. Since then she has served DEFENDER leading the marketing, sales and leadership departments. A farmer's daughter, Marcia learned early in life how to grow things. "The company motto, 'Businesses don’t grow. People do.' makes a lot of sense when you’ve spent your life growing a family and growing a business," says Marcia. "Grow yourself and everything grows around you." Marcia is a big advocate of self-improvement and is a winning example herself. She is always working to build leaders on her team by encouraging us to work harder on ourselves than we do on our jobs.

Gregg Albacete, Chief Information Officer for DEFENDER Direct, Inc.
Gregg is the Chief Information Officer. He is responsible for building and maintaining systems, databases and IT infrastructure that support and extend DEFENDER’s unique business model. Gregg joined DEFENDER Direct, Inc. in September 2007. He previously worked in a Chief Information Officer capacity for 17 plus years for companies such as Superior Insurance Group, American Financial Group Subsidiary Companies and a major marketing company. Gregg believes immediate and open access to actionable data is a key factor in a company’s success.

John Corliss, Chief Operations Officer for DEFENDER Direct, Inc.
John Corliss is the Chief Operations Officer of DEFENDER Direct, Inc. He is responsible for New Product Development, Continuous Improvement, Information Technology, Installation and Customer Service. John started with DEFENDER in January 2006 and has previously worked for Caterpillar in sales and service for 8 years. Prior to Caterpillar he worked in continuous improvement and manufacturing for Hillenbrand Industries for 3 years. John believes in building systems that enable companies to create a solid foundation for growth.

Bart Shroyer, Chief Financial Officer for DEFENDER Direct, Inc.
Bart Shroyer is the Chief Financial Officer. All accounting, funding, and financial management for DEFENDER Direct, Inc. falls to him. Bart has been with DEFENDER since January of 2007. He received his BS in Finance and Accounting from Miami University and his MBA from Indiana University. Prior to joining Defender, Bart worked as a Sr. Financial Analyst for Intel and also spent 10+ years in various financial roles at First Indiana Bank. Bart believes that sustained great results depends on focusing on the goal, building simple systems, and holding people accountable to measurable data.

Bob Gallup, Vice President – Operations for DEFENDER Direct, Inc.
Bob is responsible for all of DEFENDER Direct's installation and customer service teams. Bob started with DEFENDER in October 2008 and has over 20 years of leadership experience in sales, business development, operations, marketing and customer service from Fortune 50 companies such as IBM, Ameritech Cellular (now AT&T), Compaq Computer (now HP) as well as privately held mid-sized companies. Bob's passion is to engage the hearts and minds of his teams by establishing stretch goals, clear expectations and ongoing reward systems that strive to delight DEFENDER'S customers. Bob earned both his B.S in Business Administration - 1985 and his MBA -1997 from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign's Executive MBA program.

Mike Lantz, Vice President – Leadership & Development for DEFENDER Direct, Inc.
Mike Lantz is the Vice President of Leadership & Development at DEFENDER Direct, Inc. He is responsible for the Recruiting, Training, Events, Incentives and Charity departments. Mike joined the company in August of 2009. An accomplished and dynamic business leader and strategist, Mike has experience developing and implementing competency based learning and development strategies. In 1999 Lantz founded LQ Performance Strategies, a full-service corporate training and employee development firm focused on driving business results through targeted employee development solutions. Mike is a graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business where he earned a B.S. in Marketing. Mike believes the role of the Leadership & Development department is partnering with all DEFENDER employees in realizing their true potential.
